According to him, based on the planning, three days of farewell ceremonies and one day of funeral ceremonies will be held in Tehran, and after that, a funeral ceremony will be held in Qom for one day. Referring to some executive decisions in this regard, Shamqadri clarified: At present, it is not necessary to inform the public about the details of these decisions.
He emphasized: Based on the national resolution, any information about the time and exact details of the funeral ceremony will be provided by the Office for the Preservation and Publication of the Works of the Martyr Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
The Deputy Governor of Khorasan Razavi continued by stating that various components have been considered for holding the funeral ceremony in Mashhad, and said: Managing crowding and maintaining the security and health of the people are among the most important considerations of this program.
Shamqadri also noted: If there is any obstacle on the route designated for the funeral, the necessary measures will be taken to remove it.
He said: The burial of the holy body will be held in Mashhad, but the funeral and burial ceremonies will not be simultaneous, and the burial ceremony will be held after the funeral ceremony in the Razavi Holy Shrine and under appropriate conditions.
