Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to the announcement of the Pakistani Foreign Minister, the time for the electronic signing of this agreement between Washington and Tehran has been set for tomorrow.
Earlier, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, in his official stance on Iran, revealed a historic progress in the negotiations between Tehran and Washington and announced that the two countries had reached an understanding on the final text of a comprehensive peace agreement and that this agreement will probably be finalized and signed within the next 24 hours.
The Pakistani Prime Minister told reporters in Islamabad: "We are closer than ever to a peace agreement and this agreement will probably be finalized within 24 hours."
Referring to his country’s role in the process, Sharif added: “We are preparing for the electronic signing ceremony of the US-Iran peace agreement as soon as it is finalized.”
Sharif further stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States have reached an understanding on a framework for a peace agreement that will end months of conflict in the Middle East. He emphasized: “Iran and the United States have reached the final text of the peace agreement.”
According to the Pakistani Prime Minister, the signing process of this historic agreement will be the first implementation step and supplementary negotiations will follow in the next stages. Shahbaz Sharif said in this regard: “Technical negotiations will be held after the electronic signing of the US-Iran agreement.”
Expressing optimism about the future of the region, he added: “I am confident that the historic agreement between Tehran and Washington will lead to permanent peace.”
