Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office for Economic Affairs announced: A special meeting of the Economic Commission, chaired by Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister’s Office for Economic Affairs, was held today in Marmarin Palace.
The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office for Economic Affairs said that in this meeting, reducing unemployment in the country, better and timely implementation of economic projects were discussed.
It was also said that in this meeting; providing facilities for exports and imports, refining crude oil, and expanding the list of permitted items of imported medicines to the country were also discussed.
The press release added that the meeting also discussed and made necessary decisions regarding expediting the process of obtaining visas for industrial areas, regulating and coordinating the process of renting Emirati land, increasing the price of exported meat, developing exports, and a number of other issues.
