Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Saada, Yemen, witnessed a huge popular march today condemning US President Trump’s insults against Mecca and emphasizing the opposition of the Yemeni people to any targeting of Islamic holy sites and symbols of the Islamic nation.
The participants in the march held up copies of the Holy Quran and chanted slogans condemning insults to Mecca, and emphasized their adherence to the Holy Quran and their readiness to defend Islamic holy sites against Zionist conspiracies.
According to Al-Masirah, the participants rejected and strongly condemned the repeated and systematic insults to Islamic holy sites, including the recent insult to Mecca, and considered these actions to be part of efforts to weaken the religion of God and its symbols in the hearts of Muslims.
The participants explained that the repeated insults to the Holy Quran, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and the sacred symbols of the Islamic nation are aimed at separating the nation from the sources of guidance and plunging humanity into the swamp of misguidance and corruption.
The statement of the march states: The nation’s failure to defend its sacred symbols and values emboldens the enemies to continue their criminal actions. We demand responsibility in confronting these insults and confronting plans that target Islam and its sacred symbols.
The statement emphasizes the steadfast commitment of the Yemeni nation to support Islam, adhere to the path of the Quran, and raise the banner of Islam and jihad.
In this statement, the Yemenis congratulated Iran, Hezbollah, and the Jihad and Quds Axis on the great and historic victory in this round of the battle against the tyrants of the earth, and considered it an important achievement in the fight against the arrogant groups.
This statement emphasized the need to prepare for the next round with firm determination and trust, and to maintain stability and readiness in facing future challenges.
