Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In this telephone conversation, the Iranian Foreign Minister, while explaining the details of the memorandum of understanding, emphasized the responsibility of the United States of America for the proper implementation of its clauses and the need to completely stop the Zionist regime's aggression against Lebanon.
According to ISNA, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, while welcoming the finalization of the text of the memorandum of understanding, affirmed his country's full support for the implementation of its provisions.
It was also said that the foreign ministers of the two countries, referring to the need for the international community and the United Nations Security Council to support this understanding, also emphasized the need to continue diplomatic cooperation between the countries of the region with the aim of establishing peace and stability.
The parties also exchanged views on some issues in bilateral relations and agreed to follow up on the issues raised and address them.
