Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Defense has issued a press release announcing that the Afghan Air Force targeted several centers affiliated with the ISIS terrorist group and "centers of evil and corruption" in Balochistan province and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region of Pakistan with airstrikes last night.
According to the ministry's press release, one of these attacks was carried out in the Saranan area of Pishin district of Balochistan province. According to the Ministry of Defense, this center was used to plan and coordinate destructive activities and organize attacks against Afghanistan, including attacks that targeted civilians.
The Afghan Air Force also targeted another ISIS terrorist group center in the Qambarkhel area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and a joint center of the group and "evil and corruption elements" in the Garm Cheshma area of the Shah Salim Valley in Chitral.
The Ministry of Defense added that based on initial information, these attacks were carried out with precision and caused heavy casualties and financial losses to individuals affiliated with the ISIS terrorist group and their supporters.
The Ministry also emphasized that no civilians were harmed during these attacks.
The Ministry of Defense finally warned that the Afghan Air Force will target any location that is used to organize and carry out actions against the country's security.
