Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The Foreign Ministry spokesman announced that Beijing remains opposed to unilateral sanctions against Iran and emphasizes the need to lift these restrictions as soon as possible.
Guo Jiaqun, spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, said: "China has always believed that unilateral sanctions against Iran should be lifted as soon as possible."
He also expressed hope that the United States and Iran will pave the way for a comprehensive and political agreement by implementing previous understandings and continuing negotiations.
According to him, progress in the talks can help to permanently resolve the issues between the two countries.
