Issuance of 2,500 visas for Afghan nationals to attend the funeral ceremony of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution in Mashhad
Jafar Sayedabadi, Secretary General of Foreign Nationals and Refugees Affairs of Khorasan Razavi Province, announced that 2,500 visas have been issued to Afghan nationals to attend the farewell ceremony and funeral of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution by four consular missions of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mashhad Holy: According to him, 50 Afghan guests from different cities entered the country through the Dogharoon crossing and after organizing, they left for Mashhad. A procession has also been set up at the Dogharoon border to welcome Afghan pilgrims.
 
He added that Afghan nationals can enter the country through this crossing between 8 am and 6 pm and are allowed to enter on July 14 and 15 and are required to return on July 20 and 21.
 
The governor of Taybad, Iran, also announced the deployment of a transportation fleet to transport pilgrims and the full readiness of the executive agencies to provide services to them.
