Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces Command in the Euphrates-Awsat Region announced that 30,000 of this organization’s forces will be responsible for providing security for the ceremonies in the cities of Najaf and Karbala from this morning until the end of the funeral and farewell ceremonies for the body of “Martyr Leader of the Nation.”
According to the announcement of the command, the Popular Mobilization Forces will ensure the security of pilgrims and participants during the funeral and farewell ceremonies by implementing security plans and deploying on the routes leading to the ceremony venue.
