Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Nouri al-Maliki, head of the Iraqi State of Law Coalition, who had arrived in Najaf Ashraf to participate in the funeral ceremony of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, emphasized that keeping alive the legacy of the martyred leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and attending his funeral ceremony is a public duty.
In an interview with the Iraqi news agency "Wa'", he stated: The martyred leader was a great figure who, with perseverance and resistance against enemies, led the Iranian people on the path to victory.
Al-Maliki added: “Whatever the Iraqi people do with their large presence at the funeral and other areas of support, no matter how great, is insignificant compared to the rights of this great man who created a bright future not only for the people of Iran, but also for the nations of the region.”
The head of the Iraqi government of law coalition stated: All the measures that are being taken today are in line with keeping alive the memory and path of this great leader; a leader who confronted great powers with extensive military capabilities and ultimately achieved victory.
