Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mashhad: The headquarters for welcoming and burying the martyred leader in holy Mashhad has issued a notice announcing that the welcoming and burying ceremony of the holy body of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution and his martyred family members will be held with a change in time.
According to this notice, due to the widespread and unprecedented reception of the martyred Imam Mujahid's body by the Iraqi people, the process of transferring and entering the holy bodies in holy Mashhad has been delayed.
The headquarters added that the funeral ceremony will be held on Thursday, July 8, at 2 PM from Imam Reza (AS) Street towards the Razavi Holy Shrine.
Also, people, pilgrims, Afghan refugees residing in Iran, and various segments of the Islamic Ummah have been invited to participate in the farewell ceremony and celebration of the martyred leader with a large attendance at this ceremony.
It is worth mentioning that in recent days, the holy city of Mashhad has witnessed a large attendance of people from various segments of the population, pilgrims, and refugees from Islamic countries, especially Afghanistan, to participate in the farewell and funeral ceremony of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution.
