Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps: Important infrastructure and facilities of American bases in Kuwait and Bahrain were hit

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a statement announcing that following the US army's breach of promise and aggression, the important infrastructure and facilities of American bases in Kuwait and Bahrain were hit.

 

The statement, issued on the occasion of the IRGC's punitive response to the recent US attacks, states: "The warriors of Islam will not leave the child-killing US army's aggression unanswered. In the first phase of the punitive response against the American treaty-breakers, the IRGC’s naval and aerospace forces, in a joint missile and drone operation, destroyed the important infrastructure and facilities of the American colonial bases in Arifjan and Ali al-Salem in Kuwait, and Jufayr and Sheikh Isa in Bahrain, an hour after the enemy attacks.”

 

The IRGC continued this statement by warning the US military that “if the aggression is repeated, our crushing responses to other American bases in the region will be expanded.”

 

The statement, which began with an epic tone and based on the noble verse “Fight them, Allah will punish them with your hands,” emphasized the role of the Iranian and Iraqi nations in the magnificent funeral of the martyred leader and its effect on the terror of the arrogant powers, describing the US attacks as an attempt to overshadow this great epic.

 

According to reports, the IRGC’s attacks on US bases in Kuwait and Bahrain were carried out in response to the US’s aggression on Iranian military installations in Bushehr and Bandar Abbas the previous day. Images and videos of the moment missiles and drones hit these bases have been published on social media, indicating the severity of these attacks.

 

It is worth mentioning that previously, Amir Saeed Iravani, Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations, had condemned the US attacks in a letter to the Security Council and called for immediate action by the Council. Also, the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding signed between Iran and the US on 18 Joza 1405 included a halt to military attacks and an extension of the ceasefire.
