Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: The spokesman for the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters of Iran announced that the Islamic Republic of Iran will not allow the US to interfere in the management of the Strait of Hormuz under any circumstances, and this issue will not be acceptable in the future.
Referring to the position of the Iranian Armed Forces, he stated that in the event of any disruption or threat to the security of the passage of commercial ships and oil tankers by American forces, outside the routes determined by Iran and without the permission of the Armed Forces, a decisive response will be taken.
The spokesman for the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters of Iran also emphasized that the recent actions of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Iranian Army indicate the readiness of these forces to confront any threat in the region.
In another part of his speech, he warned regional countries that any cooperation or provision of logistical support to American forces would be considered by the Islamic Republic of Iran as an act against the country's sovereignty and national security.
The Iranian military official also emphasized that if conflicts spread in the region, the United States and its partner countries would be responsible for the consequences.
