Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): News sources report an attack on Abha International Airport in southern Saudi Arabia. These reports are being published while Saudi Arabia bombed Sanaa Airport today to prevent the landing of an Iranian plane carrying senior officials of the Yemeni Ansarullah government.
Earlier, Mohammed Al-Bakhiti, a member of the political bureau of the Yemeni Ansarullah movement, had emphasized in clear statements that Yemen would definitely respond to Saudi Arabia’s recent aggression on Sanaa Airport.
Describing Yemen’s response as a “very powerful and painful” measure, Al-Bakhiti had announced that Yemeni armed forces would target vital Saudi infrastructure. Up to this point, Saudi officials have not yet responded officially to these reports.
Meanwhile, news sources report that at least 6 missiles were fired from Yemen towards Saudi Arabia's Abha airport.
