Iranian Army Spokesperson: We will not back down from the rights of the people in the Strait of Hormuz
Emphasizing that the armed forces will not back down from the rights of the Iranian people in the Strait of Hormuz, the spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran's army said that the only way to reopen this waterway is for the US to respect the rights of the Iranian people and adhere to the provisions of the agreement to end the war, and that any action outside this framework will be met with a decisive response from Iran.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia, spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran's army, expressed appreciation for the public's support for the armed forces at a public gathering in Ibn Sina Square in Tehran and emphasized that the army and other armed forces will defend the rights of the Iranian people until their last breath and will not back down on the issue of the "pinhead" Strait of Hormuz.

Referring to the widespread presence of the people in recent months and the funeral ceremonies for the bodies of recent martyrs, he considered this presence a factor in the failure of the enemy's goals and a sign of the continuation of the path of the Islamic Revolution, and said that the public's support has strengthened national unity and increased the authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Iranian army spokesman also referred to the people's demands to respond to the aggressions and stated that the armed forces are committed to avenging the blood of the martyrs and will spare no effort in this regard.

In another part of his speech, Akraminia accused the United States of breaching its commitments in implementing the agreement to end the war and said that despite accepting the arrangements related to the Strait of Hormuz, Washington is seeking to create alternative routes.

He emphasized: The armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have announced that any action outside the framework of the agreement in the Strait of Hormuz will be met with a decisive response from Iran.

The Iranian army spokesman considered respect for the rights of the Iranian people and America's adherence to its obligations as the only way to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, adding: "The Iranian nation should be confident that the armed forces, especially the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, will stand until the last breath and will not compromise the rights of the Iranian people in the Strait of Hormuz."

In conclusion, he emphasized the continued readiness of the Iranian Armed Forces, considering public support as one of the main factors for success in confronting threats, and said that this support has strengthened the morale and motivation necessary to defend the country and national interests.
