Emphasis on the martyred leader’s bloodlust and defense of the jurist’s authority in the ceremony to commemorate the high position of the martyred leader; Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei in Mashhad
A ceremony to commemorate the high position of the martyred leader, Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, may God be pleased with him, was held by Sadat Mousavi Haidari (Shashpar) of Afghanistan in the holy city of Mashhad, with the presence of a group of scholars, students, cultural activists and different segments of society; in this ceremony, the continuation of the path of the martyred leader, bloodlust and resistance against the system of domination and the defense of the jurist’s authority were emphasized.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Holy City of Mashhad: A ceremony to commemorate the high position of the martyred leader, Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, may God be pleased with him, was held by Sadat Mousavi Haidari (Shashpar) of Afghanistan in the holy city of Mashhad yesterday (Saturday) with the presence of a group of scholars, students, cultural activists and different segments of society.
 
In this ceremony, Hojjatoleslam Walmuslimin Sajidi Nasab, referring to the martyrdom of the martyred leader, said; The Shiite community has two important duties in the face of this event, the first of which is to seek revenge for the blood of this martyr and to stand against the regime of domination and the enemies.
 
Stating that the enemies should not think that the assassination and martyrdom of the great Shiite scholars are not costly for them, he added; The Shiite community must stand against the conspiracies of the enemies by maintaining cohesion and unity.
 
Sajidi Nasab considered the large attendance of the people at the funeral of the martyred leader in the major cities of Iran and Iraq as a sign of the people’s commitment to the guardianship and stated that this attendance of millions indicates the deep connection of the people with the ideals of guardianship and the resistance front.
 
He further considered the blood avenging of the martyred leader to have three stages and said that first, dealing with the factors involved in his martyrdom, second, confronting the regime of domination and third, paving the way for the emergence of Imam Hujjat (a.s.) and eliminating the oppression from human society.
 
Emphasizing that the Shiite community does not recognize the borders imposed by colonial powers, this religious scholar stated that the martyrdom of Shiites and oppressed people in Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, Lebanon and other regions is of common importance to the Shiite community.
 
He also referred to the historical and ideological connection of the axis of resistance, and considered the defense of the oppressed people of Gaza as one of the factors of expanding the global recognition of the Shiite school of thought, and said that Shiite movements have stood up to the crimes of the Zionist regime in defense of the oppressed people.
 
In another part of his speech, Hojjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimeen Sajidi Nasab considered the most important condition for the emergence of the Shiite community to be ready to defend the Imam of the Time (may Allah have mercy on him) and said that the unprecedented closeness and empathy between Shiite communities is a sign of this community's readiness to defend the ideals of the Wilayat.
 
He continued by stating that the second duty of the Shiite community after the martyrdom of the martyred leader is to pledge allegiance and obey the Supreme Leader, adding that the Shiite Front will not stop with the martyrdom of its commanders and will always continue its path with strength through crises and difficulties.
 
Finally, Sajidi Nasab, emphasizing the importance of preserving the Islamic system and the guardianship of the jurist, called on the people to support the Resistance Front and the Islamic system in the current circumstances by maintaining their presence and social cohesion.
