End of the one-week capacity building program for employees of the Emirati departments in Ghor
The one-week capacity building training program with the themes of "responsibility, time management and explaining the operational plan" that was held for more than 150 officials and employees of the Emirati departments of Ghor province ended with the closing ceremony and distribution of certificates and appreciation letters.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Herat: According to the Ghor provincial government's press release, the one-week capacity building training program that was held by the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Affairs Department in cooperation with the Provincial Government's Personnel Affairs Department and the Ghor Provincial Administrative Reform Department officially ended in the presence of local officials and participants.
 
This program was held with the aim of improving the professional and administrative capacity of employees, improving the management process, increasing work efficiency and promoting a healthy administrative culture, and in which nearly 50 heads and independent managers and about 100 administrative employees of the fourth, fifth and sixth ranks of the Emirati departments of Ghor province received training.
 
At the closing ceremony, Maulvi Mahboobullah Hamed, Deputy Governor of Ghor Province, emphasized the importance of responsibility, improving knowledge, and strengthening administrative skills, saying that developing the specialized capacities of employees plays an important role in improving the quality of services, administrative order, and preventing problems in the administrative process.
 
He urged the participants to apply the lessons learned from this course in their workplaces and share it with other colleagues to increase the efficiency of the departments and the quality of service provision to citizens.
 
Subsequently, Maulvi Mujibullah Moqri, President of Ghor University, on behalf of the participants, described this training course as an effective step towards improving human resource capacity and improving administrative affairs, and assured that the teachings of this program will be implemented in the relevant departments and transferred to other employees.
 
Also, one of the dispatched professors from the Department of Administration appreciated the cooperation of local officials and the active participation of employees in this program, and emphasized the need for practical use of the skills learned in order to reform and improve administrative processes.
 
The program ended with the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the lecturers and certificates to the participants.
 
In recent months, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Affairs Department has organized numerous training programs in cooperation with the Administrative Reforms Department and provincial institutions in a number of provinces of the country. These programs, focusing on improving the capacity of employees, accountability, time management, improving administrative management and increasing the quality of public services, are part of the efforts to strengthen the administrative system and improve the skills of human resources in government agencies.
