Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The "Oli al-Bas" group announced this morning (Monday) that it had targeted an Israeli military base in the Yarmouk Basin area in the western suburbs of Daraa in southern Syria.
According to the group's announcement, the "Al-Akko" base in the "Al-Jazeera" barracks belonging to the Israeli army was the target of this operation.
In a video message, the "Oli al-Bas" group announced that the released images show part of the group's direct and focused attack on the said base.
The group emphasized that the aforementioned operation was carried out in response to the recent Israeli aggression in southern Syria and with the aim of avenging the blood of the victims of these aggressions.
Since announcing its existence, Ul al-Bas has taken responsibility for several clashes and operations against Israeli forces in southern Syria.
The group first announced its existence on July 9, 2025, under the name "Southern Liberation Front" via Telegram, and emphasized that it was in possession of military equipment belonging to the Bashar al-Assad regime.
The group subsequently announced the implementation of several operations against Israeli forces, one of which was carried out on July 13, 2025.
