Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Mazar-e-Sharif: In this conference, Hojjatoleslam Wal-Muslimeen Sayed Haider Hashemi, Friday prayer imam of Soltaniyeh School in Mazar-e-Sharif, referring to the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (AS), mentioned the noble personality of that Imam Hammam and emphasized his moral, scientific and social characteristics.
Citing a narration from the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH), Hashemi highlighted the scientific and intellectual position of Imam Hassan Mujtaba (AS) and said that he is a model for the Islamic Ummah in various areas of life.
He considered the presence of people in social scenes to be one of the important factors in the growth and dynamism of the Islamic Ummah and stated that the responsible participation of the people can be effective in solving the problems of society and provide the basis for strengthening relations between the nation and the state.
The Friday prayer imam of Soltaniyeh School in Mazar-e-Sharif also emphasized the role of the Holy Quran in human life and considered it a source of happiness in this world and the hereafter.
Referring to verse 30 of Surah Al-Furqan about the abandonment of the Quran, he said that the Holy Quran is not just a book to recite, but a book of life and a guide for humans in various legal, historical, scientific, social and cultural fields.
Hashemi called on scholars to make more efforts to spread Quranic knowledge in society and said that people need to educate and promote the teachings of the Holy Quran in all areas of life.
Continuing his speech, he emphasized the position of the "two divine trusts", namely the Quran and the progeny, and said that Muslims should pay serious attention to these two precious legacies of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) in their individual and social lives.
Sayyed Haider Hashemi also spoke about the importance of Islamic brotherhood and sisterhood and, referring to the developments in the Islamic world, especially the situation of the people of Palestine and Gaza, called on the rulers of Islamic countries to act more responsibly in the face of the problems and sufferings of Muslims.
