Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Pakistani Foreign Ministry announced: We will continue our efforts to end the crisis in the Middle East and bring the conflicting parties together at the negotiating table in Islamabad.
Referring to the visit of Pakistani Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi to Tehran and meeting with Iranian officials, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry said: The Interior Minister will continue his visit to Iran in order to support security and peace efforts in the region.
The Pakistani Foreign Ministry further added: Pakistan is trying to prevent harm to the peace process.
