Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mashhad: The press office of the Consulate General of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Mashhad announced that Maulvi Noor Mohammad Mutawakil, the Consul General, met and discussed with Mohammad Seddiqifar, the former Consul General of Iran in Herat and a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Oriental Studies.
