Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Kabul: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan announced in a press release that Amir Khan Mottaqi met with Gholam Reza Noori, Minister of Agricultural Jihad of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in Kabul on Thursday.
According to the press release, comprehensive discussions were held in this meeting on bilateral relations, expansion of economic and transit cooperation, and holding the seventh meeting of the Joint Economic Commission between Afghanistan and Iran.
In this meeting, Amir Khan Mottaqi expressed his satisfaction with the practical progress of economic and transit cooperation between the two countries and said that there are more opportunities to expand cooperation between Afghanistan and Iran.
Meanwhile, Iran's Minister of Agricultural Jihad has also considered it important to take advantage of existing opportunities for cooperation in various sectors and emphasized the development of current cooperation between the two countries.
