Araqchi: Ministry of Foreign Affairs has no obstacles to issuing visas to Afghan citizens

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mashhad Moqadasht: He added that specific systems and processes should be designed for health tourism applicants so that qualified individuals can enter the country more easily.

 

In this meeting, which was held with the presence of Iran’s Minister of Cultural Heritage, Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Governor of Khorasan Razavi Province and a group of investors, Araqchi emphasized the need to remove internal obstacles, strengthen the powers of the country’s provinces, facilitate the activities of the private sector, and develop economic interactions with Iran’s neighboring countries.

 

Referring to Khorasan Razavi's capacity to interact with Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, and Pakistan, he said that many issues between Iran and neighboring countries, especially in border areas, can be resolved much more easily and quickly at the provincial level than at the capital level.

 

Stating that "our neighbors are the greatest opportunity now in our foreign policy and economic cooperation," the Iranian Foreign Minister emphasized that the duty of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' representation in Khorasan Razavi is to facilitate the province's communications with neighboring countries, and this capacity should serve the province's economic, commercial, and tourism development more than ever before.

 

He also emphasized the need to develop the handicrafts consumer market, saying that handicrafts should not be limited to goods for gift giving, but should also find their place in society's consumer basket and in official, residential, and diplomatic environments.
