A delegation of 30 Afghan businessmen left for Tehran to attend the construction industry exhibition

Afghan Voice ٧Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Kamaluddin Tohid, head of the Afghanistan-Iran Joint Chamber, headed a delegation of 30 Afghan businessmen and representatives of the private sector to Tehran to participate in the International Construction Industry Exhibition.

 

The purpose of this trip is to familiarize with the economic and trade capacities and opportunities, strengthen cooperation between the private sectors of the two countries, and provide the basis for the development of trade and joint investments.

 

During this trip, the Afghan delegation is scheduled to meet with Iranian businessmen, investors, and economic activists and discuss areas of joint cooperation, expanding trade relations, and utilizing existing capacities between the two countries.

 

The participation of Afghan businessmen and private sector representatives in this exhibition is considered an opportunity to introduce the country's economic capacities, familiarize themselves with the market and technologies of the construction industry, and establish direct contact with Iranian economic activists.

 

Iran is one of Afghanistan's important trading partners, and in recent years the two countries have emphasized expanding economic relations, increasing trade exchanges, and developing private sector cooperation.

 

The presence of trade delegations and holding joint meetings between economic activists of the two countries have also been considered as strategies to strengthen economic relations and identify new investment opportunities.
