Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Public Health has published a newsletter saying that Moulvi Noorjalal Jalali, the minister of this ministry, visited the building of the food and spice quality testing laboratory in Nangarhar province and checked the progress of its work.
In this meeting, Maulvi Hamdullah Zahid, Minister of Food and Spices, Maulvi Aminullah Sharif, Head of Nangarhar Public Health and a number of officials were also present.
During this visit, Nangarhar Public Health Chief provided information about the progress of the laboratory building and said that 95% of the construction work of this center has been completed.
According to him, currently only the administrative part of the building is active, and with the completion of the remaining works, other parts of the laboratory will also be active.
Maulvi Nurjalal Jalali and Maulvi Hamdullah Zahid assured that the remaining works of the building will be completed in the near future and a large laboratory and a standard for checking the quality of food and spices in Nangarhar province will be put into operation.
