Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Khalid Zadran, spokesman for the Kabul police chief, said a number of children were slightly injured in the incident and more details on how the incident occurred would be provided later.
Meanwhile, sources confirmed that a number of students were injured when a grenade was thrown into the courtyard of Shams Hedayat Private School in Mehdia Township. Most of the injured are young children, including girls and boys, the source said. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
