Jeffries wrote in the message: “The government must force Israel (the regime) to protect the lives, property, and livelihoods of the innocent Palestinian people.” These statements come at a time when since the start of the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza, Jeffries has faced widespread criticism from lawmakers and activists who are demanding that more humanitarian aid be sent to the Palestinians living in Gaza.
