Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The court has stated that the return of Afghan citizens should be limited, but if the individual circumstances are suitable, deportation to any part of Afghanistan is possible.
According to this ruling, the return of non-vulnerable men whose asylum applications have been rejected is considered “reasonable” in exceptional cases and taking into account individual circumstances.
It is worth noting that the Swiss Migration Service had previously announced in a statement that women, families, young migrants and people with health problems are not included in this decision.
