In a meeting with Mohammad Nasser Mohammad Al-Sair, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, discussed trade and investment opportunities in Afghanistan; Al-Sair also announced his company's plan to start trade relations with Afghanistan and export fresh and dried fruits from the country to Kuwait and other markets.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has announced the meeting of Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, with Mohammad Nasser Mohammad Al-Sair, the Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait's Al-Sair Trading Company.

According to the ministry's press release, in this meeting the two sides discussed the existing opportunities for trade and investment in Afghanistan and ways to expand economic relations between the two countries.

Mohammad Nasser Mohammad Al-Sair announced in this meeting that Al-Sair Company intends to start trade relations with Afghanistan.

He also said that the company intends to purchase fresh and dried fruits from Afghanistan and export them to Kuwait and other regional and international markets.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate described this meeting as aimed at expanding Afghanistan’s economic and trade cooperation with regional countries and attracting foreign investment.

Afghanistan is one of the major producers of fresh and dried fruits in the region, and the export of these products is considered an important part of the country’s foreign trade.
