Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: During the meeting, the two sides discussed increasing trade cooperation, developing economic relations and providing more opportunities for investment between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.
The deputy governor of Kunduz invited Uzbek businessmen and investors to invest in various economic sectors of the province.
He also called for more visa facilities for Afghan businessmen to increase trade between the two countries.
Meanwhile, Bahram Yousefov, deputy governor of Gizakh, said Uzbekistan was interested in increasing investment in Afghanistan, especially in Kunduz province.
In recent years, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan have emphasized expanding economic and trade relations, increasing trade volumes, developing transit cooperation and attracting investment.
