He continued, without condemning the illegal attack by the US and the Zionist regime on Iran's peaceful nuclear facilities, saying about the Iranian nuclear situation: The situation is the same as the last time we spoke. Grossi went on to claim, without providing credible evidence: "There may have been a slight change in recent months," saying that Iran has probably already begun rebuilding part of its infrastructure at a place called "Koh Kalang." This cannot be ruled out, but there is no hard evidence to confirm this. The issue remains where it was; we still have a major unresolved issue. We are ready and I hope we can resume work as soon as possible.

These statements come while Mohammad Eslami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization, strongly criticized the Agency's being played with by the United States and Israel, and said that any inspection of facilities that have been attacked by military forces is subject to legal approvals from the parliament and the development of specific protocols.
Eslami stressed: "Unfortunately, international organizations have become tools of the hegemonic regime; we expect them to allow the Agency to operate in accordance with its statute and without political pressure."
He added: "All the centers that were targeted by military attacks were previously registered with the Agency and were inspected; the Agency's silence and failure to condemn these attacks call into question its competence and independence."
The head of the Atomic Energy Organization said: "The pressure from Washington and Tel Aviv for the Agency to visit the damaged sites is aimed at evaluating the results of their own military operations; until the necessary security regulations and protocols are developed, according to the law of the Parliament, the claim of inspecting these centers is not accepted."
