Israeli troops attack Damascus suburbs and enter Quneitra villages in southern Syria
At the same time as attacking an area in the western suburbs of Damascus, the Israeli military entered several villages in southern Quneitra province with military vehicles and searched the homes of residents.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Syrian media sources reported that the Israeli military attacked an area between the town of Beit Jan and the Hamar Hills in the western suburbs of Damascus.

At the same time, the Syrian Interim Government Television announced that the Israeli occupying forces entered the village of Bariqah in the southern suburbs of Quneitra in southern Syria with military vehicles.

Al-Mayadeen TV also reported that a patrol of Israeli soldiers entered the village of Rasm al-Ajraf in the southern suburbs of Quneitra and searched several homes.

These movements are taking place at a time when, since the fall of the Bashar al-Assad government, the Israeli regime, taking advantage of the security vacuum in Syria, has advanced in the Quneitra region, while bombing the country's heavy defense installations and warplanes, and has occupied parts of southern Syria, including the strategic heights of "Jabal al-Sheikh."
