South Lebanon under Israeli attacks

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Quoting from Arti, the Lebanese National News Agency reported that the Israeli army carried out a huge explosion this morning in the Marjayoun area in southern Lebanon.

 

Several cities and border areas in southern Lebanon also witnessed a series of artillery and aerial bombardments by the Israeli regime.

 

Israeli artillery shelled the cities of Mifdon, Tulin, Al-Mansouri and Wadi Al-Saluqi, and also targeted the area between Beit Yahoun and Bar-Ashit. In this regard, Israeli forces fired phosphorus bombs towards the vicinity of the Ali Al-Taher Heights.

 

The bombardment also included Doha Kafr Raman, while an Israeli drone carried out an airstrike against Nabatiyeh Al-Fouqa. Al-Dabsha Hill and the vicinity of the Ali Taher Heights were also subjected to renewed artillery shelling, as well as heavy machine gun fire towards the town of Hadaha.

 

The shelling targeted the outskirts of Al-Mansouri and Sayyad houses, as well as the Zutar River course, both to the east and west.

 

Israeli forces continue their continuous artillery bombardment of Al-Dabsha Hill and Ali Taher, in an ongoing military escalation in the southern border area.
