According to the latest news, the death toll from floods in Nepal and China has risen to 1,243, with 4,875 people, including 583 foreigners, still missing. A Nepalese official says there is a high possibility that dozens of workers trapped in a tunnel at a hydroelectric power plant in the region will be found alive.
