Afghanistan U-20 national football team will play against Tajikistan in their second match of the 2027 AFC Asian Cup qualifiers on Saturday.
The match will be played at 6:30 pm Afghan time and hosted by Bahrain.
Afghanistan lost 1-0 to Jordan in their first match of the tournament on Monday. In the other Group D match, Bahrain defeated Tajikistan 3-2.
Afghanistan is currently in Group D with Jordan, Tajikistan and Bahrain.
After today's match, Afghanistan U-20 team will play Bahrain in their last group stage match on September 6.
The 2027 AFC U-20 Cup qualifiers will be held from August 31 to September 6. In the preliminary stage, the top teams of the groups and the second top seven teams will qualify for the final stage; China, as the host, has already reached the final.
