Zionist regime
Itamar Ben-Guer, the Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime, unveiled a plan called "Separation 710" to forcibly relocate about 1.86 million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to other countries over seven years.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Ben-Guer claimed that countries are ready to accept Palestinians and a large number of Gaza residents also want to leave the area. He added that the departure of Palestinians will not be carried out without a final destination and that families will remain together during this transfer. The Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime also said that the regime will pay the receiving countries in exchange for accepting Palestinians.

Details of the plan and its dimensions
According to Sputnik, according to additional reports, the plan, known as "Disconnection 710", presented as part of Ben-Gweir's election campaign, aims to withdraw 250,000 Palestinians from Gaza in the first year, 1.11 million over three years and approximately 1.86 million over seven years.

The plan requires an initial capital of 10 billion shekels ($3.1 billion) to implement and includes an Israeli financing framework of up to 50 billion shekels ($15.6 billion), subject to international participation and the signing of agreements with host countries.

According to the Guardian newspaper, the proposal is set out in a 20-page document entitled "National Plan for Voluntary Emigration from the Gaza Strip". However, international observers and legal experts emphasize that, given the critical conditions imposed on the people of Gaza and Ben-Gweir's explicit goals, this measure is a clear example of forced displacement and a war crime under the Geneva Conventions.

Reactions and political coordination
In an interview with the Guardian newspaper, Ben-Giver claimed that the plan was completely realistic and that unnamed countries had announced their readiness to accept the Palestinians from Gaza. He also emphasized that the right-wing Jewish Greatness party would condition its entry on taking over the “ministry responsible for immigration” during the formation of the next cabinet.

Ben-Giver’s statements come after recent statements by Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz, who announced that Tel Aviv was seeking the approval of the US President Donald Trump administration to implement the plan.

Continued occupation and military advance
At the same time as this plan, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized during a visit to a military headquarters inside the Gaza Strip that Israeli forces would not withdraw from the occupied territories. Netanyahu said: “We will not withdraw and we will remain on this line. We currently control 60 percent of the Gaza Strip and this amount will increase.”

This is while Maj. Gen. Tamir Yedi, the deputy chief of staff of the Israeli army, has announced the current level of control as 65 percent.

According to experts, the plan to forcibly relocate 1.86 million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip is designed in continuation of the expansionist policies and ethnic cleansing of the Zionist regime and is in clear contradiction with the principles of international law and the Geneva Conventions.

Studies show that this plan was proposed as the Israeli general elections approached and within the framework of the political competitions of the extreme right wing.

Observers say that the pursuit of such a plan by the “Jewish Greatness” party as a condition for coalition building indicates the increasing influence of extremist currents in the Israeli power structure.
