Hezbollah: Lebanese government
Ibrahim al-Moussawi, a senior member of the Loyalty to the Resistance faction in the Lebanese parliament, condemned the draft resolution proposed by the country's Foreign Ministry to the Arab League, calling it an attempt to weaken the resistance and deepen Lebanon's internal divisions.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Ibrahim Al-Moussawi, head of Hezbollah's media delegation and senior member of the Loyalty to the Resistance faction in the Lebanese Parliament, said in a speech in response to a draft resolution that the Lebanese Foreign Ministry sent to the Arab League: "In line with the sectarian approach of the Lebanese Foreign Ministry, which continues to undermine and destroy all the provisions and commitments of the National Reconciliation Document - an agreement that the Lebanese reached under Arab supervision and was announced in Taif in 1989 - and in continuation of its coup against all the provisions of the Taif Agreement, which at that time ended the Lebanese civil war and set rules for behavior in internal political affairs, issues related to sovereignty, Lebanese-Arab relations, and the liberation of Lebanon from the Zionist occupation, this ministry has sent a draft resolution to the Arab League Council meeting at the ministerial level."

Ibrahim al-Moussawi added: “This draft includes three paragraphs aimed at encouraging the Arab countries of the region to support the policy of siding with the Zionist enemy and deepening the internal divisions in Lebanon and approving anything that nullifies the provisions of the Taif Agreement.”

He stressed that this measure aims to weaken national unity and prevent legitimate resistance actions against the Zionist occupiers, and intends to condemn the honorable resistance fighters who have raised the banner of pride and honor in Lebanon and the Arab and Islamic world.

The Hezbollah representative said: “While we particularly condemn the content of paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 in the draft resolution submitted to the Arab League Council session by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we call on the member states of the Arab League Council of Ministers to be vigilant and express their reservations about the draft resolution on Lebanon that has been submitted to them, in order to avoid falling into the trap of nullifying what the Arab League has already approved and supported since 1989 in its initial sessions regarding Lebanon and its people.”

Ibrahim al-Moussawi continued: "On behalf of Hezbollah, we categorically reject the seditious draft resolution proposed to the Arab League Council of Ministers and emphasize that the nature of this draft is completely suspicious and its content is an insult to the principles, charter, and role of the Arab League."
