The report continued: "Zionist warships also fired at Palestinian homes in the northwest of the Gaza Strip."
Al-Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza also said that refugee tents in the "Mawasi" area in the city of Rafah, located in the south of the Gaza Strip, were also targeted by the Zionists, and several Palestinians were injured.
On the other hand, the occupying army announced in a statement that it had launched a large-scale operation in the Shu'fat refugee camp and the town of Anata in occupied East Jerusalem.
