Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) – Kabul: The Press Office of the Ministry of Higher Education announced in a statement that 23 professors from nine universities across the country have gathered for a workshop on biology laboratories to undergo training and share laboratory expertise.
While visiting the workshop, Sheikh Neda Mohammad Nadim emphasized the importance of expanding and equipping more laboratories within the nation's universities.
According to Mr. Nadim, such programs will be expanded to include other universities and fields of study that require practical training and hands-on work.
He identified the goal of these programs as strengthening the capacity of professors and improving practical training for students.
Expanding practical training and equipping laboratories are considered essential needs for the higher education system in order to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Holding specialized workshops and facilitating the exchange of experience among university professors can pave the way for enhancing academic capacity and providing better practical training for students.
