Ignoring the president decree brings about legal action

Kabul, (AVA)- The president legal advisor said those governmental officials ignoring the president 164 point decree will be prosecuted.

Nasrullah Stanikzai told correspondents that an official or organization which fail to comply with the order within the specific timeframe would be prosecuted.

The president instructed the governmental organizations to help the Afghanistan with fighting against corruption, strong economy and rule of law.

In response to the concerns about the decree implementation, Stanikzai said national council, the Cabinet Secretariat, the presidential judicial committee; National Security Council, Attorney General Office (AGO), Afghanistan national security and crime branch police keep an eye on the decree enforcement.

Talking about the guarantee of the decree enforcement, he said in scientific view, an issued decree based on a policy or a strategy by itself usually fails to assure being implemented.

The Kaezai's legal advisor added the decree enforcement is guaranteed by law. An official or organization fail to comply with the order within the specific timeframe would face with music.

Recalling his address to the country's tri-pilars last month sitting, the president referred to wide ranging reforms and serious fight against corruption.
