Afghanistan
Afghan Voice Agency (Ava) - Today's view: America, which claimed to have used the "mother of all bombs" in Nangarhar to destroy ISIS, did it kill ISIS members or did it test its strategic weapon, which still resulted in deaths? Residents of that area suffer from various diseases and women give birth to disabled children. But ISIS became stronger day by day after that? Is this not a violation of human rights? Which UN report mentions this and other similar cases for which America and its allies were directly responsible?
United Nations Human Rights Council report of Richard Bennett's 12-day trip; The special rapporteur of this council has published on Afghanistan.

In the report of this council, which was published on Thursday, 28 Mizan, it is stated that the human rights crisis in Afghanistan is severe and the world must take immediate action.

In this report, the parties involved in Afghanistan are also asked to prevent the situation from getting worse.

The report of the Human Rights Council states: "The humanitarian situation is still dire and the security situation is fragile. Attacks on places of worship, schools, means of transport and minority groups, as well as the activity of armed groups, have increased.

During his trip to Afghanistan, Bennett met with different spectrums of the society, including the victims of the attack on the Kaj school, as well as the officials of the "Islamic Emirate" in Panjshabar.

Richard Bennett will present his report on the situation in Afghanistan on October 26 at the UN General Assembly.

Although the content of the new report of the UN Human Rights Rapporteur on Afghanistan has not been presented and published so far; But from here it is possible to predict what will be raised in it.

As he has said before, the United Nations Special Envoy for Human Rights will accuse the "Islamic Emirate" of widespread human rights violations in Panjshir and against other ethnic and religious minorities. Because this is what the regime expects from the United Nations and its special envoy.

This is despite the fact that what is happening in Afghanistan is the result of 20 years of occupation by foreign forces and the horrific and shocking crimes committed by these forces. But the United Nations did not care about this at that time, nor did it introduce a special rapporteur to deal with it.

Even today, no one doubts that human rights are being violated in Afghanistan, of which the tragic massacre at the Kaj school in the west of Kabul is just one example. But who is responsible for this situation? Aren't America and its ruling system one of the main causes of these crimes and tragedies?

Who created the demonic group ISIS? Who established, strengthened and expanded it in Afghanistan? Were not the leaders and commanders of ISIS directly supported by the National Security Council of the US puppet regime? Why, despite the horrific killings, not even a single leader or at least an ordinary member of ISIS who was in the prisons of the previous government was punished and executed?

America, which claimed to have used the "mother of all bombs" in Nangarhar to destroy ISIS, did it kill ISIS members or test its strategic weapon, as a result of which the people living in that area are still suffering from various diseases. Brand and women give birth to disabled children; But ISIS became stronger day by day after that?

Is this not a violation of human rights? Which UN report mentions this and other similar cases for which America and its allies were directly responsible?

Today, millions of Afghan people, in addition to life insecurity and killings in mosques and schools, cities and highways, suffer from food insecurity, famine and hunger, poverty and unemployment, and million migrations, and based on the explicit warnings of Western organizations, The coming winter may kill thousands of people; But no one mentions the main cause of this disastrous situation, which is America. Is this not a violation of human rights? Or those who suffer from hunger and acute malnutrition and are exposed to absolute famine, are not human and do not have rights?

America, which blocks the money of the Afghan people and uses it to realize and impose its political and hegemonic goals, violates the rights of millions of Afghan people, without any human rights organization commenting on its responsibility.

Therefore, if Richard Bennett's future report is compiled and published without explicitly mentioning and acknowledging these bitter, shocking and miserable facts, it will not have any value and will not reflect any complete truth; Because hiding and ignoring the crime and justifying and acquitting the main factors of violating the human rights of the people of Afghanistan are the violators of human rights themselves, not the reporter, the whistleblower, the promoter, and the defender.
