Humanitarian aid in the service of hegemonic goals
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Today's view: Using humanitarian aid as a tool to impose and realize the ideological goals, political interests and cultural hegemony of donor countries is a violation of human rights. Because if these goals are not fulfilled, the so-called humanitarian aid will be cut off, and millions of needy people who have no involvement in the creation, falsification, and implementation of the issues that caused the cutting of aid, will be denied aid and are on the brink of disaster.
Islamic Emirate of the meeting of the high-ranking delegation of the United Nations, which Amina Mohammad; the deputy secretary general of this organization is at the head of it with Abdul Salam Hanafi; the administrative deputy of the prime minister has informed.

In this meeting, Amina Mohammad said that women's work and activities are needed in various sectors and "the problem should be solved through talking."

Also quoted by Sima Bahous; the executive head of the UN Women's Office is said to have warned that donor countries will stop their support if the decrees restricting women are not revised.

But Mr. Hanafi said that he is grateful for the help; but "the United Nations has not cooperated in removing the officials of the Islamic Emirate from sanctions and recognizing the government and entrusting them with the seat of the United Nations."

He added: "The international community should not associate humanitarian aid with political issues; because by doing this, women will suffer, and the problems that have arisen in this sector should be solved in a better way through negotiation and understanding."

There is no doubt that there is a need for women employees in various sectors, and on the other hand, women's work outside the home does not conflict with Islamic rules, and in addition, women's work is culturally common in all Islamic countries and it is legitimate and imposing an absolute ban in this field is not even compatible with the cultural and religious traditions and beliefs of the Afghan people.

Nevertheless, decision-making in this field is within the jurisdiction of an independent government, and foreign countries and organizations do not have the right to impose their views and policies; because this violates the principle of Afghanistan's independence and creates the basis for the illegitimate domination of the great powers and their subordinate organizations.

In the meantime, the United Nations must respect the independence of countries more than any other organization and allow governments to solve their internal issues based on their national interests and priorities, and in this context, it should never be used as a pressure tool.

The current position of the United Nations towards the policies and decisions of the "Islamic Emirate" is in conflict with this principle and clearly questions the impartial nature of the United Nations towards member states and independent nations and makes it an institution dependent on Great powers are reduced to serve their hegemonic interests.

On the other hand, using humanitarian aid as a tool to impose and realize the ideological goals, political interests and cultural hegemony of donor countries is a violation of human rights; Because if these goals are not fulfilled, the so-called humanitarian aid will be cut off, and millions of needy people who have no involvement in the creation, falsification, and implementation of the issues that caused the cutting of aid, will be denied aid and are on the brink of disaster.

In addition, as Amir Khan Muttaqi and other officials of "Islamic Emirate" have told the UN delegation, this organization must first fulfill its obligations towards the government and people of Afghanistan, and then expect that before His interventionist conditions regarding the continuation of aid and should be taken into consideration.

The United Nations has not recognized the "Islamic Emirate" as a state, and the seat of Afghanistan's representative in this organization has been granted to a person who does not represent any existing state and belongs to a state that will never exist again, most of the leaders The "Islamic Emirate" is on the UN blacklist and is unable to travel abroad due to these sanctions. International economic sanctions have made even the normal activities of businessmen difficult and have frozen the legitimate assets of the Afghan people.

In such a situation, what does the United Nations expect from the "Islamic Emirate"? Apart from the instrumental and illegitimate use of the leverage of humanitarian aid to promote domination projects, is there any other legitimate basis for the demands of the United Nations from the Afghan government?

Despite all this, the leaders of the "Islamic Emirate" have always emphasized their readiness to solve issues through dialogue and have said that unilateral actions, unjustified interventions, and imposing cruel sanctions or cutting off humanitarian aid will not solve the problem. Rather, it will cause more problems and complicate the situation.
