In this program, Ms. Hassaniya Salmi, a religious affairs expert, emphasized the place of hijab and chastity in the religion of Islam and said: "Hijab is not only a religious ruling, but also the basis of moral, legal, and security rulings in Islamic and human societies."
She considered hijab a factor in achieving human perfection and a tool against the conspiracies of enemies, adding: "The issue of hijab is raised in Surah An-Nur (verse 31) as a covering, and in other Surahs of the Holy Quran as security and moral plans for Muslims."
She warned that not observing hijab leads to a decrease in the status of the individual, vulgarity, and becoming sexual commodities, and continued: "Not wearing hijab at the family level weakens the foundations of the family and destroys the inherent dignity of women. When women's dignity is weakened, the family system and, subsequently, the entire society goes into decline."
Referring to the enemy's soft war and its focus on weakening the culture of hijab in Islamic societies, especially Afghanistan, Salami said: "Unfortunately, the enemy has worked hard in the soft war to promote improper hijab, and our country has suffered heavy blows from this area."
He called the promotion of improper hijab a dangerous tool in the hands of the enemy and emphasized that the enemy first targets mothers in society to weaken their fundamental role in raising the future generation.
Referring to the key role of the mother in raising children, he stated: "If the mother of the family falls under the enemy's influence, generational education will be damaged, and through this, the enemy will achieve its main goal, which is to prevent the growth and advancement of humans."

He emphasized that maintaining the hijab leads to respect and solidifies women’s position in society and warned: “In a society without the hijab, people become subject to whims and desires, and healthy social relationships fall apart.”
