Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Yahya Saree, the spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, announced today (Sunday, May 4) that in support of the oppressed people of Gaza and their resistance, and in response to the crimes of the Zionist regime and the US support for this regime, the armed forces of this country have targeted Ben Gurion Airport in occupied Jaffa with a missile attack.
The statement from the Yemeni Armed Forces states that this operation was carried out with a hypersonic ballistic missile, and the enemy systems failed to intercept it.
The Yemeni Armed Forces added that the missile attack on Ben-Gurion Airport caused such panic among the Zionists that more than 3 million Zionists fled to shelters. The attack led to a complete halt to the airport's operations for more than an hour.
The Yemeni Armed Forces warned foreign airlines not to continue their flights to Ben-Gurion Airport, as the airport is unsafe.
The Yemeni Armed Forces statement continued by stating that the country's air force targeted a vital Israeli target in Ashkelon last night using a "Yafa" drone.
The Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman added: "We will continue to confront the American aggression and support the Palestinian people, regardless of its consequences."
The American THAAD system also failed against the Yemeni missile
Israeli Army Radio admitted that the American THAAD and Israeli Arrow air defense systems were unable to intercept the missile, despite the fact that the airfield is one of the most fortified locations in occupied Palestine in terms of defense and is protected by at least four anti-missile defense systems.
According to the report, initial investigations indicate that a malfunction in the interception system or the fall of air defense missile parts caused the explosion in the area of the airfield, and this was one of the most serious attacks on occupied Palestine since the beginning of the Zionist war in the region.
