Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: On Saturday and Sunday, cities around the world witnessed massive demonstrations in support of the people of Gaza. These protests were held in response to the Israeli regime's military attacks, severe siege and starvation of the Palestinian people.
In Arab countries such as Morocco, Tunisia and Libya, thousands of people called for an end to Israeli crimes with slogans such as "The nation wants the freedom of Palestine" and "No to Zionism, no to America". In Libya, protesters called for the dispatch of a naval fleet to break the siege of Gaza.
In Malaysia, dozens of grassroots organizations called for the implementation of international resolutions and boycotts of companies supporting Israel under the slogan “Malaysia stands up for Palestine.”
