Infrastructure work is underway on a new connecting road from the Kabul-Jalalabad route to industrial parks and also to the Kabul-Parwan road in the 9th, 18th and 19th districts of Kabul city. This road is designed to be 3,554 meters long and 60 meters wide in two main lanes and two side lanes and includes excavation, construction of embankments, sidewalks and other infrastructure works. According to Kabul Municipality officials, efforts are being made to complete and put into operation this project in less than a year.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Kabul: Infrastructure work is underway on the construction of a new connecting road from the Kabul-Jalalabad route to industrial parks and also to the Kabul-Parwan road in the 9th, 18th and 19th districts of Kabul city. This project includes excavation, excavation and construction of embankments.

According to officials from the Kabul Municipality's Department of Planning and Projects, the road is designed to be 3,554 meters long and 60 meters wide, with two main lanes and two side lanes.

The project also includes the construction of a 631-meter-long water intake canal, embankments, sidewalks, marking, and installation of a lighting system.

Officials say efforts are being made to complete and put into operation this project in less than a year.
