Death Toll Rises To 26 In Kabul Explosion
Officials revised the death toll in Wednesday's deadly bombing in PD3 in Kabul and said at least 26 people were killed.

The Ministry of Interior has confirmed a suicide bomber detonated his explosives close to the Ali Abad Hospital and Kabul University at around mid-day.
The MoI has confirmed 26 killed however Kabul's acting police chief Dawood Amin said 23 people were killed and 25 were wounded.
Isteqlal Hospital's chief, Saber Naseeb, confirmed that 15 wounded people have been taken to his hospital. He also said two bodies were brought in.
TOLOnews journalists at the scene say they saw many bodies lying on the ground soon after the explosion.
The area was immediately cordoned off by security forces and dozens of ambulances were seen ferrying casualties to hospitals.
The explosion happened on the first day of Nawroz, the Persian new year.
No group has yet accepted responsibility for the incident but the Taliban has rejected their involvement in the attack.
