Tashkent authorities emphasize on building a railway line between Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan
Emphasizing the economic importance of the railway between Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said that his country is determined to start this project.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Vladimir Nurov, in a conversation with Turkish and Azerbaijani officials, said that the railway project between Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan should be built soon.
 
He added that this project is very important for the region.
 
Last week, on the sidelines of the Tashkent meeting, the officials of the Islamic Emirate discussed with the officials of Uzbekistan about the construction of this railway.
 
This is despite the fact that some time ago, Uzbekistan announced that it will start the preparatory work for the construction of this project soon. It has been said that the establishment of a railway line between Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan is effective in expanding and facilitating trade and economic relations between the countries of the region.
