Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate issued a statement strongly condemning the cruel attack by the Zionist regime forces on the worshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
According to the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was published on the Ministry's website last night, according to reports, last night, about 100 innocent Palestinians were injured and 400 more Palestinians were arrested by Israeli forces.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has emphasized that such inhumane actions by Israeli forces against innocent Palestinians and disrespecting holy places are a clear violation of international, Islamic and humanitarian laws, and are arousing the feelings of Muslims around the world and insulting values and sanctities.
On Wednesday morning, the Zionist regime's soldiers assaulted hundreds of Palestinians retreating in Al-Aqsa Mosque and arrested at least 400 worshipers by desecrating the first Qibla of Muslims.
As a result of the encroachment of the occupiers on Al-Aqsa Mosque, a large number of pilgrims fainted as a result of their injuries. The Zionist forces targeted the worshipers with plastic bullets and used suffocating gas and sound bombs to attack them.
Zionist soldiers also used sticks and weapons to beat the worshipers and pilgrims in al-Aqsa Mosque, including women, and a fire was set inside the mosque.
The brutal attack of the Israeli soldiers on Al-Aqsa Mosque has caused the reaction of different countries in the region. The countries of Iran, Yemen, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey and the organizations of the resistance front condemned this attack, considered it a violation of human rights laws and demanded the response of the international community to this crime.
