Mulla Abdul Ghani Baradar warned that the cost of working on the Qosh Tipeh canal is financed by the taxes of the poor and oppressed people of Afghanistan and money should not be wasted.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mazar-e-Sharif: Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Economic Deputy of the Prime Minister, said at the opening ceremony of the second phase of Qosh Tipeh Canal: The progress of Qosh Tipeh Canal has been successful so far and the entire project was carried out by Afghan engineers, contractors and workers. We are determined to manage the waters of Afghanistan.
 
He added that the goal of starting the work of Qosh Tipeh Canal is the growth of the Afghan people in the field of agricultural production and this canal is not and will not be at the expense of any country.
 
Mulla Baradar warned that everyone should know that the cost of the Qosh Tipeh Canal is financed by the taxes of the poor and oppressed people of Afghanistan, and money should not be wasted, because our goal is to serve the people.
 
On the other hand, Abdul Rahman Attash, Executive Chairman of the National Development Company, said that with the completion of the first phase of the Qosh Tipeh Canal, they proved that without financial assistance and the presence of foreign experts, we can have effective economic and other sectors. We just need to will.
 
He added that financial management is carried out carefully so that the taxes of our poor people are not wasted and all those involved in Qosh Tipeh Canal are determined to serve the people.
